We want you to be fully satisfied with your Bon Parfumeur fragrance; if you are not, you may return any unopened and unused product in its original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for items where the protective seal has been broken.

Contact our olfactory experts via the customer service portal with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully place the unused product in its original box and use the protective shipping materials provided to ensure the glass bottle remains safe during transit.
Ship to Paris
Affix the provided return label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our workshop receives and inspects the condition of the returned fragrance, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
